Processing time

Submitting this form starts a human-reviewed deletion request. After ownership is verified, active-system deletion or de-identification is completed within 30 calendar days.

What happens after you submit.

The process verifies the correct account, removes personal data on a defined schedule and records completion.

Submit the request
Use the email connected to the account. The submitted details are recorded as a deletion support request.

Verify ownership
Support may reply to that email for information reasonably necessary to identify the account and prevent an unauthorized deletion.

Complete deletion
After verification, Atlas deactivates access and deletes or de-identifies personal data from active systems within 30 calendar days.

Receive confirmation
Atlas emails confirmation when processing is complete and explains any record that must be retained for a legal or safety obligation.

What is deleted

Account and profile details, authentication links and tokens, notification tokens, uploaded profile and progress media, synced activity data, and personal workout, diet and progress records are deleted or de-identified from active systems.

What may be retained

Atlas may keep the minimum support, safety, audit, transaction or legal record described in the privacy policy retention schedule. Encrypted backup copies expire within 90 days.
